Financial Remedies
Financial Remedies - When a couple decides to separate, they usually try and sort out their finances so that each is able to move on with their lives. This is not the same as the divorce itself. One way in which the financial arrangements are sorted out is by one party in a marriage or civil partnership making a financial remedies application. The court looks at the parties assets including property, shares, inheritances, and pensions. This process when completed will make the financial arrangements legally binding.
The geographical reach of our network of specialist barristers is such that, subject to availability, we can offer representation at every Tribunal and court in England, Scotland and Wales.
