Freezing Orders

Freezing Orders – There is a duty on both people who are involved in sorting out the financial arrangements to be open and honest about their financial position and what they do with the assets. However, if a person believes that the other person has moved, or intends to move assets or hide them, the court can be asked to make a freezing order. This will stop any person doing so, and then the court can look at what is available to be shared between the two of you.

The geographical reach of our network of specialist barristers is such that, subject to availability, we can offer representation at every Tribunal and court in England, Scotland and Wales.
